Refund policy

 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect the goods at the place and time of delivery and notify us of any shortages, defects or of any other complaint immediately, so that we can evaluate and fix the issue. If we don’t hear from you, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted and to be in good working order.

 

EXCEPTIONS & NON RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products such as special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, your goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please get in touch with any returns enquiries within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Customs procedures, natural disasters, strikes, transfer missions, etc. reasons are beyond the scope of the specified times. There is a possibility that packages sent abroad will be subject to customs in the country of destination. Customs fees may vary depending on your order and country. If the product is stuck in customs, the responsibility belongs to the customer.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded for international returns or exchanges.
