Terms & Conditions for “Buy 1, Get 2nd 40% Off” Promotion
1. Promotion Period: This offer is valid from 01/10/2024 to 10/10/2024, unless otherwise specified or while stock lasts.
2. Eligibility:
• The offer applies to all customers purchasing eligible products.
• The promotion is valid on selected items as specified by the store.
• The second product must be of equal or lesser value than the first product to qualify for the 40% discount.
3. Discount Application:
• The discount will be applied automatically to the second item of equal or lesser value at checkout.
• For every pair of items purchased, the first item will be at full price, and the second item will receive a 40% discount.
• If more than two items are purchased, the discount applies to every second item in pairs (e.g., 1st and 2nd, 3rd and 4th).
4. Returns and Exchanges:
• If a customer returns the full-priced item from the promotion, the discount on the second item will no longer apply, and the customer will be charged the full price for the remaining item.
• If the discounted item is returned, the customer will be refunded the discounted price paid for that item.
• If both items in a pair are returned, the full amount paid will be refunded.
5. Exclusions:
• The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Some products may be excluded from the promotion as specified by the retailer.
6. Modification and Termination:
• The retailer reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any abuse of the promotion may result in cancellation of the discount and potential account suspension.

• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
